My daily rant; weather. Everybody's favourite topic to complain about. Temps are above freezing one day, down in the deep freeze the next. Rain then snow and melting and freeze up. Damn, it can't make up it's mind lately. It's been all over the place here and the ice buildup on secondary roads is making for some bad driving conditions. Constant battle to keep the main roads clear.

Same here on the coast. 11C and rain all day; dropping to-12C again by tomorrow 
White over here and -6c just a pain when your in the middle of patching roads .
All we have had is back and forth weather, now it seems to rain every other day just about time you think its over with its back again. Summer will be here shortly and the hot temps will be in the mix too.
We have 72 degrees (F), and no rain for 2 weeks. We're headed for another drought.

Started raining last night we are up to 2" this morning and its cold again, seams this is all i can complain about today.
Snow -5c
I know winter isn't over by a long shot, but this has been one of the craziest winters I can remember.
Monday it was +11C and pouring rain; Tuesday it was a freezing -12C, and today it's going above freezing again with another rain storm overnight.
This has been the pattern since the first of the year

You're getting rain, Rocky, we're getting a bunch of snow(20-25cms) with some ice pellets for good measure. Oh yeah and temps hovering around the freezing mark and slightly above to make things interesting.
It's snowing this evening, turning to freezing rain (ice pellets) then rain overnight

Try and picture very tiny white cotton balls falling silently from the sky and slowly covering everything in a thick blanket of the stuff.
When there are freezing temperature's, the blanket remains until there is a thaw. In the meantime, it just lays there, but often has to be removed or pushed aside as it often does stop traffic flow and hampers walking.

One thing Rocky forgot to tell you about snow, Dave. Don't eat the yellow stuff.
We got about 20 cms of the white goo here last night, but it stayed light and fluffy so easy to clear with the shovel and snow blower. No rain or freezing rain. Yaaaaaaay! Funny how something so simple as a regular snowfall can get one excited.
One thing Rocky forgot to tell you about snow, Dave. Don't eat the yellow stuff.
