What a screwball!!
I can't say as that has ever happened to me, per se, but I've seen similar things happen ahead of me or around me.
Whenever I see something stupid like that around me I back off or put as much distance as I can from the scene - especially if I'm on a bike.
Running red lights at the last minute after my light has turned green happens quite often. It happened to me yesterday as I was driving a dealership loaner car.
SOB NoNo
I'm not prone to road rage, but the devil in me often wishes I had a huge truck and could deliberately smash into them :y49:

Sorry about the thread drift away from the subject.

Get the tag# and report him!

It does not work like that our side as we have basically zero traffic enforcement, talking to the cops here is a waste of time and you normally only contact them if you need a case reference for insurance purposes

LOL this thread does not have a subject other than our daily rant what ever that might be on the day :D

Did it bring any much needed rain?
I know that Cape Town is in a critical situation due to the drought.

We had a bit of rain today but not enough to make any impact on the dame levels, nice for the plants in the garden so they happy.

Here are the Rainfall details for Jan 2018 to date: (These are our catchment areas of the dams)
Kouga 10.6mm
Churchill 12.4mm
Impofu 3.2mm
Loerie 20.0mm

Well in Cape Town it means no water at all but our side we still have the backup pipeline but that only feeds a fraction of our water needs. I still have my tank that has 5 thousand L in it so I can switch over to that at times as well.

I was told at a early age that water was one of the most important things we have on earth and have always remembered that. Later in life i have noticed just how important it is, the western part of the USA has experienced a drought for awhile and then enough forceful rains that caused killing mudslides. It is raining here last night and today, i think it will be here all weekend since this the rant page i will have to say that i don't like it and that its ruining my weekend!

It doesn't help in our western areas that the government spent money on foolish things instead of needed repairs to their water system. When the money was spent they had plenty water but now a year later they are crying for money to repair their water system AND it's the same amount they had spent foolishly.

I've got a few ideas that would help the drought prone areas but it would cost a little money up front to get it done. But if it was done to help the area most in need then they would rule that it's known to cause cancer in their area.
