same here. We are well into the fall season and the leaves have turned to their brilliant hues.
Yesterday, I prepped and rolled the BSA inside for the winter and changed the oil and filter on the T100. It will be going inside next followed by the others over the next few days.

Anyone remember the Triumph spring hub from the 1950's? Anyone ever had one that did not fail? Looked wonderful. That's not good enough!

I didn't learn about the spring hub until after I came back to bikes in 1992 and then got into vintage bikes in 1995.

Once again we doing the loadshedding trick so we lucky if we have power most times.

Thank god we have coal and not nuclear powered power station

This is silo 1 at Kusile power station. They have just overfilled the bunker& flooded the top floor with coal. This will cause the boilers to shut down. These clowns are just so dumb. They cannot let the system run automatically & have to try running manually, This is the result that caused a shutdown.

Power stations are renown for good training and top quality engineering. If not Engineers in charge, who is ?
In Australia there would be a big internal enquiry taking months, then feedback.

It was the same here at one time but they have replaced all the skilled workers with unskilled workers. We now in a critical situation whith our power utilities.

Just a bit more on this load-shedding we have. When driving one needs to be so careful when navigating traffic lights that are not working as some people just have no idea on what is expected of them.

Last night I had such an account with this intersection. I had stopped waited my turn and was about halfway through when this pick-up truck coming from the left that has not even reached the intersection never even slowed down. Lucky I always keep scanning around while proceeding through these intersections as I know how people react to a traffic light that is out.

It's not that bad here during a power loss, but it can get a bit scary so I stay off the streets - especially at night.
There is always somebody who wants to take advantage and cut you off at an intersection.

Most dentists who make Australia home, from good old S.A. not south Australia. Convert there money to furniture or gold.
But unfortunately , its pretty bland countryside.over here , unless u get to bush , which I find fascinating.
