The goof courses around here haven't slowed down. The club houses are closed but the courses are going strong. The area lakes are active locations too.

No Cart. Social Distance, shallow cup. No ball washers, no flag stick removal rules i suspect.
It will carry on till someone who is sick spreads it thru a four some and they spread it at their home.
Have a friend who owns a course.
I am not impressed he wants to open but not my call.
Only way a group should be golfing together is if they all live together.
I agree Duezzer when are people going to smarten up 
Our lockdown has just been extended by another two weeks. I think after that it will be extended even longer.

When we become less selfish and understand sometime it is ok to not always be happy and get our own way. When we quit being a pile of spoiled brats driven by pride and ego. I need, I need, I need or. Oh they need, they need.....I agree Duezzer when are people going to smarten up

Home. If you are allowed out for a drive/ride go ahead. Stay in vehicle except for fuel. Pay at pump only. Wipe stuff down after you use it!!!!
Some share rental carts, most have their own and their is usually two to a cart. Seeing them as I drive by there is a little distance between them but I haven't watched what they do at the hole. I haven't heard any special rules for how they conduct themselves on the course.

Looking at the graph of new cases, it looks like Florida has peaked. I certainly hope so.
Nearly 400 cases here and two deaths of very elderly people with medical problems.
Canada was one of the last countries to get this so we're learning quite a bit from the experiences of other nations, but we're far from out of the woods and it's fairly rampant across the nation in the high population provinces like Ontario and Quebec.
I don't have any numbers, but it's a grim picture.
