This is pretty much my thoughts on all this lock-in, lock-down, stay at home, or quarantine mess . . .

So I've been working on the new skills side of things.

We had the most deaths today nearly 700 in one day SHAKE its getting worse and now we have it on the estate !! .... one of the residents had an ambulance to him yesterday with difficulty breathing and he's a fit 30 year old who works on another estate close by .

We now have 9 deaths, so things are climbing with 1505 reported cases. With all the testing that was done in the last few days that number is going to move up fast.

It's still spreading here too, but not like wild fire.
I laughed last night when the Premier was on TV and said, "STAY THE BLAZES HOME!!!"
No problem telling that he was pissed at the public who are not obeying the rules or using common sense.
I'm sure in his heart he really wanted to use much more forceful language than "blazes" BGRIN
The CMO (Chief Medical Officer) was also on TV and pissed that the questions they're getting is looking for loop holes around the rules.
How stupid can people be FACE

Stupid beyond belief. Two individuals here in my county are quarantined at their home. Yet they went out shopping yesterday - and were caught.
:mad::mad:
Carl, what will the punishment be for these people?
In my state those assumed healthy but quarantined to be sure ie, just arrived back into the country get $1,000 on the spot fine for going out. Those in quarantine and tested positive face $10,000 fine and 6 months locked up for going outside.

All parks, gardens, trails, etc., are closed and the police have been given power of arrest, fines and confiscation of vehicles - and it has already happened to at least one stupid individual.
Violators need to be dealt with in a harsh manner.
This "I won't be told" attitude is more than just plain stupid FACE

We still having issues with people following the lock down. Today was the day that my gardener normally works as as I thought he is pitches up for work. I was a bit pissed off that he did this so I told him if he comes again during lock down he will be fired. I then gave him his wages for the day and sent him home, I also told him if he cannot get to work because of the lock down I will keep his wages for that day and pay him when he can come to work.

The sad part is I was expecting him as it is hard for them as they live day to day and the money he gets from working here he really needs, so I really understand why he did come. The same thing if we having a flood he will be at work :D

So many innocent and hard-up people are going to be hurt by this pandemic.
Fellows like that who live hand-to-mouth are in a dire situation.
A critical and sad time for millions/billons of people.
