Hello Ace Cafe Fans & Friends, Over the past few weeks, we have joined with fellow restaurant industry operators racing to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak. We adapted our operations in line with evolving federal, state and local orders and upheld safety measures recommended by the CDC, WHO and other agencies. Unfortunately, in spite of all of our efforts, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close Ace Cafe Orlando in an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19. The safety and well-being of our team members, guests, clients and partners has, and always will, be our top priority at Ace Cafe Orlando. We are looking forward to the time when we reopen our doors and can entertain the Central Florida community once again. Thank you for your continued support. We wish you and yours safety and good health. Be well, Jimmy Forster Director of Operations, Ace Cafe Orlando |

Not a good race to run!!We just reached 613 cases and 13 deaths from 519 and 8 deaths this morning. We should catch with everybody else soon.
I like how your country is actually getting education moving along still. The dumb asses here have just shut all schools, collages and universities down. Plain stupidity. Teacher can teach online and kids would be out of their parents who are working from home out of the way for some time and kept busy learning. Maybe if a country got this working well we could cut out the need for classes sat in and most could be done on a virtual level. Lowering maintenance costs, busing costs our school taxes. Here in Australia we have enforced closures of gyms, pubs, restaurants etc. We're permitted out to walk the dog and such things but told to keep at least 1.5 mtr from others. Schools are open for children of essential service workers but we're requested to use online education system that's been recently set up. Our PM is saying it will be like this or tighter if required for AS LONG AS IT TAKES, he's suggesting 6 months as a starting point. Unemployment benefits have been doubled and the test have been relaxed for eligibility.
As of 3 PM March 28th in Australia we have 3,635 confirmed cases, 14 have died, more than 202,000 tests have been conducted and our population is 25.4 million.
My grand kids log in with their normal teacher each day. They then download the days lesson and a system is in place similar to text messaging for real time communication. Clearly the failure of such a system long term will be loss of social interaction.I like how your country is actually getting education moving along still.
