Wanna hear a funny story Carl? Speaking about waiting to ride, well, when i was 16 on my first bike, a honda 160, i crashed into a PARKED car. Yes, i know, i WAS an idiot. (please, no jokes about the word "was 
) Anyways, i broke my femur clean in 1/2 and was in the hospital in traction for almost 2 months. When i got out i had to wear a cast for almost as long. It was a cast that started all the way up at my crotch, went down to the kneww where a second cast attached to the top one via a couple metal bars with swivel joints to i could bend my knee. After a week or so in the cast i decided i couldn't wait any longer and i snuk my bike out and me and my buddy with a honda 175 went riding !!! What a sight. Somehow i kept the foot on the peg, and being my right leg i didn't have to shift with it so i guess it's a good thing i didn't ride a triumph ! (this was '96 before triumph went to left side shifters. Anyways, i thought you'd get a *kick* outa that. But don't try it yourself now Carl. You're too darn old to be that stupid. :y24:
