Think I could handle the Golf Course humidity.

Damn! Glad you’re ok, the parts can be replaced.Gee..................nobody has had anything to rant about lately, so I'll add one. This is the result of hitting a large crack/pothole on one of our local highways yesterday. Was on the centerline at the start of a passing zone. I had just started to pull out and overtake a slower moving vehicle and hit the hole at about 80 kph(50 mph). Made the bike wobble quite a bit, but I maintained control, completed the pass safely and did not feel I needed to pull over right away. Was a short ride home so checked there and found the damaged rim. Dammit, that's gonna cost me.

That's me standing in the hole for comparison purposes. I wear size 11 hikers. Didn't have time to measure it, but I'd say it's at least 4-6 inches deep and about 3-4 feet long and 4-6 inches wide.
I have plenty of rants, but frankly the way things are it’s better to just keep them to myself. LoL.
118 but it's a dry heat....LOLIn the case of Palm Springs, it would be drier and more tolerable if they didn't use so much water keeping the golf courses green and the swimming pools full.
And every morning I wake up is another day to try again. LoL.that's probably a good idea. We have plenty to complain about, but what's the use, LOL!
I’ve often thought about this as well with the crappy roads in my city. I suspect cities are pretty well protected at least in many US locations.Could you file a claim with the city?
What is wrong with your Vanderhall? My rant, it's too hot to ride, the Vanderhall is in the shop, I am sick of this virus crap!
Was a provincial highway so yes I did file a claim against them. Riding season may be over before I see a settlement. The estimate is over $1000. Over $800 just for a new rear rim.Could you file a claim with the city?
CV boot split, big grease mess. They don't simply replace the boot, VH sent an new driveshaft assembly. The wait was on the part, she should be done late this afternoon. What is wrong with your Vanderhall?
I agree with you about this virus crap.

Wow! that sucks. I am glad to learn that Vanderhall stands by their products.CV boot split, big grease mess. They don't simply replace the boot, VH sent an new driveshaft assembly. The wait was on the part, she should be done late this afternoon.
I'd prefer the only mask should be on the news media.
