Well this is the insurance the company uses so they don't have to go out their way to help the individual as we cannot go any place else. However this is typical service we get in SA these days unfortunately. Now I bet on Wednesday they will tell me it's 24 working hours as tomorrow is a holiday that will not count at all. There is no point even trying to take it up with management as they will have the same attitude and I will get all stressed out for nothing

Yes true but the way service is handled this side just eats me up

Watch them approve it at 08:00 tomorrow and that will tell me they just held it back because they could and did not feel like doing a bit of work so late in the afternoon on Monday. I would have liked to have taken the family on and outing today as it is a holiday here, oh well tomorrow is another day I suppose

I am really appalled at the lack of customer service. It is so different hear, especially with insurance companies. We consumers have many companies to choose from and those companies have have many options for us to choose. The competition between the companies yields pretty good customer service. The larger companies regularly advertise on TV.

Well from my own private insurance company I could not ask for better service. However these are the guys that the company use and they make us use them for our business vehicles so to speak. So at the end of the day they could not care as they know we cannot go to any other company to get our vehicles insured

Ah, the lack of competition then. That always adversely affects customer service.

Well so far it is all great and I am really enjoying the automatic shift especially with all the town driving I do.

My old car had a CD shuttle in it and I could load around 5 CD's at a time, so this gave me a bit of music to run around with. Well this one has the USB option so off I went yesterday and purchased a 64GB flash drive and loaded some music on it. I still have loads of space for more music but right now I have over 8000 songs loaded, so I suppose I must have around 25 days of listening pleasure available
