74F here in Nevada, was 68 at elevation in Utah. Great ride today.

81° here in the San Fernando Valley (section of L.A.) today. Supposed to be 87 Wednesday. Nice sunny "Winter" this year. Maybe I will finally take that ride and hope it doesn't throw a rod or seize the trans. before the guy gets here Thurs. to kick the tires.

Too blimin cold to ride for us old’uns at the moment. In my younger days, when the bike was my only form of transport the only thing that would stop me was snow and ice. But now the bikes are merely toys we can afford to be more selective. So the Triumph and the Ducati won’t see the blacktop for another month.

Was high 40s in northeast ohio too cold 4 me , local harley dealer is giving away a free t shirt if u ride harley in to there dealer ship in bad cold weather LMAO. total stupid to risk ur life and thousands of dollars in motorcycle for a stupid t shirt ,,,,,,,,,

83 here today. Wife and I did a ride, dinner and watched the sunset on the way home.
Idiot driver crossed the double yellow and almost hit me head on. I swerved in the nick of time. Missed me by less than a foot.

We were doing good until February arrived and turned out to be the coldest Feb in decades so here we are with a foot of snow everywhere and a high heating bill . My last bill was mostly subsidized by all my solar panel credits but next month will be mainly on my tab . A few days well above freezing now but it will a be month before some keeners , usually young HD pilots , will hit the rough and sandy speedways .

25 Feb 2025--about 2:30pm. Leo Carrillo State Beach, the north end of Malibu, CA...the area NOT burned. For those of you who remember Up in Smoke with Cheech and Chong, there was a scene of them driving in the '64 Impala along this section of PCH. Jim Rockford cruised his Firebird along here a few times too. It has hardly since the 1970s.

In our third day of autumn so cooling down now. Waiting for a cyclone to hit tomorrow or late at night tomorrow, king tides as well so there is going to be lots of flooding in Queensland and down to northern NSW. There was talk of 13 meter waves in the ocean. The last flood we had 2007 I think we had bull sharks swimming inside our local supermarket.Oh well fun and games.

Met Office tells me that it’s 18°C outside at the moment with bright sunshine. Unfortunately the Striple and the Duke are still SORNed at the moment (Statutory Off Road Notice for those not in the UK.

@cuffs43 How are you doing now with the cyclone situation?

G,day, well our garage got flooded yesterdsy 3 bikes in there, a Harley a Honda and my partners Rocket 111 trike. No damage to the bikes but both of us up all night trying to stop the water build up. Today minimal rain and things drying out. We are very lucky. In my build shed (I have two sheds) one for dirty work and one for engine and bike builds my clean shed, no damage in there so my 1971 Bonneville being built suffered no damage. 10:20 pm here now 25 Deg C and no rain.
