It's a 1930's 750cc straight 4 nimbus, bloody horrible! Haaa
Always looked like it was made out of an old petrol mower frame and few other bits and pieces, interesting engines though, maybe in a more conventional frame it would have looked better?

If you don't know, Nimbus where a Danish motorcycle manufacturer, I think maybe the only one. Good job they concentrated more on beer making?
However even that is a matter of taste?
Think nimbus stopped making motorcycles in the late 50's to concentrate on vacuum cleaners, says it all really.

Sure is,there is a guy in the U.K. Sells them!! As spanna says,4 cylinder,14,000 were produced and many exported to the US?Base model made 18hp. Then a sport model was introduced making a heady 22!!
Bikes were conceived for sale to Post Office and Danish military.
It's a 750 OHC and the cam drive is taken off the dynamo.Weighs 185 kgs.
They reckon the steel frame is impossible to drill.
What a strange machine.

Ok I was going to post this, don't know if it's my iPad, but I can't seem to see a motorcycle anywhere on the picture? So I will hunt out another.

Yes it's a Militaire, an armchair of a bike. 4 wheels on it if you count the drop down stabilisers each side which can be cranked up or permanently down? There is something strangely attractive about it, even though it's the length of a bus. So well done Alan, your go.
