My rotator cuff hasn’t recovered from last years big hurricane , despite exercises I’m not sure it ever will . Got a got report on my blood tests last week though . So overall , I can’t complain .
But wait , have been without a washing machine for at least a month now . Some body , won’t say who , overloaded the old one big time . It was shaking the entire house . By the time I got the offending bed cover from the mix it was to late . She decided to take on the acquisition duties of a new one and end up paying way to much for a pair which has been in , then out and now waiting for the dealer to get another brand altogether different

Breakdowns are a bummer. What’s your range of movement on the rotator cuff? I don’t notice any limit anymore although I’m pretty careful about stressing my arm. It takes over a year for a full recovery. I heard that for some or most absolutely full range never happens. I don’t think mine is a hundred, but I don’t care. It doesn’t seem to adversely affect my life. I’m slowly able to do everything as before. Yours didn’t need surgery? That might slightly decrease potential recovery range, but exercising seems to be needed in any case for a long time. Hope your other injuries are healed.

Reaching behind with the arm at shoulder level is about 75 % I imagine . Don’t think it hurts my golf much and riding actually hurts very little but seems to loosen it up somewhat .
