bloody teeth who needs em ! should be pulled at birth .....! oh hang on we don't have any at birth :y9:, any way been to the dentist this morning .
I had a scale and polish then a filling and a tooth out in one session :y4: ,now the first two were not to bad but the tooth out was not nice and I am very very very sore ! SAD.
the reason for that is that it took 6 months to get the appointment and the tooth had broke in three and just left the roots behind , and dew to the lenth of time the gum had grown over the top of the hole.
so it had to be cut away before the roots could be pulled :baby: so im really hurting now the anastetic has worn off CRY

Well I can understand this as I cannot have a tooth pulled unless they put me under. The last one they had to pull ended up having two operations to get it out. The filling are not that bad but all in all I hate having to go to the dentist :y10:

I feel your pain Shane. I should have had braces as a kid but my parents couldn't afford them. As a result I've lost a few due to how some of them were twisted and trapped particles between them and I could never get them clean. I've never had a problem when they were removed even the ones that had to be cut out and it's a good thing with the number I'm missing. BGRIN

Tony im the same not many left as I had an accident felling trees and knocked out four of mine !... which in turn coursed a root infection so I lost seven in one go in my late 20's CRY .

Man I can feel that pain from here. You need a bottle of "jacks" anesthetic!!!

The pain you feel with pulling teeth is directly related to the dentist's competence or lack there of. I had one pull a tooth that was so painful that i thought i would pass out. The next time with a different dentist i felt ZERO pain, just the pressure. I still have almost enough teeth to chew food. :y2:
