I've decided to hold off on getting a new bike. gonna wait since there are no 2013 matte green available around here at this time. Maybe the ones the "former" dealer had will show up at another area dealer and then I can see about making a deal.
Good things come to those who wait....and those good things are usually CHEAPER if ya wait a bit longer Mate.

When the deal happens it will be matte green unless a deal on one of the other colors is just too good to pass up.
I've already got a list of farkles planned for the matte green and I'm starting to look for the items and will have them purchased or at least located for when this all takes place. And the best thing is I now have a shop available to make or modify a couple of the items I will need to make the farkles work.

Latest update on my search. . . Emailed several dealers from work today looking for a 2013 Matte Green 800 XC. I don't expect to hear from most of them but feel like I will hear something from one if all the reports I hear about him are true. None of the ones emailed have a 2013 but each says on their websites to email for locating bikes they don't list on their site.
Now to wait and see if any are really wanting my business.

The latest update on my search. . . I received ZERO replies from the emails I sent out. I half expected to only receive one from the one dealer everyone seems to have nothing but excellent comments on but never heard a word from him. I was to the point I was going to start looking out of state when I remembered one dealer I had not even thought about since I always hear about him and Hondas, Victory's or Sea Doos. I sent an email to him and got a response that was better than I expected. I had gone thru the inventory he showed to have and found that he was NOT showing to have the bike I'm looking for in his inventory. I did put in my email I was looking for a Matte Green 800 XC preferably a 2013 IF one could be located. . . The 800 XC they have in stock that was not on the inventory I looked at on Monday is a Matte Green and it is a 2013 
I have an appointment to test ride it Saturday morning.

Congratulations! I hope the deal works out for you. It sounds promising.
The only thing that could happen now is to run into a completely stupid salesman. I talked to him just before they closed to verify the bike is a 2013 and it will be ready for the test ride when I get there.
This sounds like great news so lets hope it does turn out the way you ant it. Strange that they seem to be having such an issue finding the bike you want. It does seem that some of them are not that interested if you ask me.
