Nice! Did you make a post on the port add? Would love to read it. Also I like the cap on the mirror mount. Who makes it?
Nothing to it really. The mount has the usual two screws clamping it to the bars and I ran the power cable back under the tank to the USB charger under the seat. Leaving the original supply still connected to the OE charger I used piggyback connectors on the new charger lead to provide power supply to it as the OE charger is now redundant and won’t be demanding power.

I fitted an Evotech Engine Guard to my T120. It's a quality piece of kit and relatively easy to fit, although Gollum's fingers would be handy for the bolt securing it to the radiator.

Evotech most likely do one. I have a number of Evotech items on my Striple including a rad guard and have found all of their kit top quality.
I had an Evotech rad guard amongst a load of other goodies on my Street Triple 675R and it is definitely quality kit. I also find recent TEC parts are really good, I fitted TEC CE marked bar end mirrors on my T120 and in my opinion they are as good or better quality than the Triumph items. I also rate Dart and Puig parts.

Almost there now. Rocker boxes fitted and valve clearances set. Rocker oil feed connected. Head steady fitted and carb + manifold refitted. The rubber seal between the single carb and airbox requires a contortionist with 12" long fingers to refit.

Just need to refit the RH airbox cover, headers and mufflers to finish this phase. I have a couple of small jobs to do on the primary drive side and that should be it ready for the spring.

I have ordered an Evotech engine guard for my 23 T120 so that's next on the list.

All finished, just need to mix up some fresh fuel as I drained and cleaned the tank.

Decided I’m putting the R model on the road again after a 2 year hiatus .
I rooted around and found a nice new buffer , can’t remember buying it , but it was lovely so I gave it a try . First time I polished these cases and they turned out ok . Think I’ll need a courser paste first before I use the medium again if I want more gleam .
Next I going to minimize the license plate a bit ..hopefully more than I did on the Tiger .
Took the clubs to get new grips installed as well , guess that’s another forum …A8C5C6FB-472E-4630-A9B1-CFA678BD04D0.jpeg89F7D9BE-828A-4DDC-8C44-60CFD7E085B7.jpeg

Replaced the horn on the Stripple with a Denali Sound Bomb Mini. It works fine but the fitting needs some finessing as the OE wiring now has no slack in it. Something for the warmer weather.

FWIW...Fabbed and Welded top forward Engine Stabilizer. Fabbed and installed Tachometer Mount between Fuel Cells. Mounting Antigravity 401 Battery Box. Prepping Cloth covered wiring to build a racing harness. Took my '70 T120R out for good hard run at 40 degrees F. and put her away wet! Ain't leaked a drop this year..
Loving wife and life...TYG!
