Turning to poo's just in time for the weekend 
Supposed to have a cold air mass moving in this weekend. The high Sunday is projected to be about 70F.

We are going to get that cooler air, too. But our temps will still be in the mid 80's.
Normal temps around here for this time of year at around 60+ F(15-17C), but slowly getting cooler. On Wednesday it got up to 23C (73F) which was warmer than normal. Thursday was also warm and I rode on both days to squeeze in some time in the saddle before I have to pack it in.
About 4-5 weeks left in my riding season I would guess - unless it either turns colder or warmer. Beyond that it's not worth having bikes out so over the next few weeks I'm going to put bikes away and only leave one out until the last.
But wouldn't you know it, rain on and off all weekend which is a long holiday weekend. I have plans to travel by car so at least I won't get wet.

Here in california summer has ended. It's sad to me. Summer has always been the time of year i look forward to. But the weather has finally turned and looking at the long range forcast today will likely be my last riding day to work with rare exceptions till next summer.CRY
That is very sad, Dale. If I can't ride, I wither.
Well, i love riding. But i must admit while it's sad, i actually like that i can't ride all the time. It's like anything in life....if you do it too much it loses some of the excitement. like the old saying, absence makes the heart grow fonder. I gotta tell you, i never love riding as much as on those warmer winter days where it's been too cold and/or wet to ride for weeks and suddenly theres a nice day where i get to ride for the first time in a long time. It's like the first nite with an old flame you haven't been with for months or years ! Hubba hubbba !
Cold and raining this weekend here.
Currently lovely. low humidity 85 degrees and a 6 mph breeze....predicted low of 60 tonight YAY!
Still humid here; but highs in the mid 80's instead of the 90's. Nights are around 70-72 F.
It's nice to hear that many of you are enjoying pleasant temps, but at 6:00 AM today it was 5C(41F) and my furnace came on CRY
We are still running the ac - night and day.
Over the weekend while we were in the Hill Country the temps were supposed to get up to 63 degF but it never got above 55 and the wind was just high enough to make it feel downright cold. The temps Friday were up to 83 degF so the 30 degree change could really be felt. Today the temps were back up to 83.
The temps at the house while we were away were highs in the low 50's with lows around 45 degF. We are hoping for a long fall instead of a day or two and straight to winter.

The weather here is nearly perfect - lows in the upper 60's to 70F and highs in the low to mid 80's F. Clear skies and mild breezes.
