You like ice hockey? I like to watch it.
I trained single figure skating from 5 to 16 ... I faced one kind of ''burnout''. I was totally out of the ice next 2,5 years. Then I started to skate again, just for fun/myself (using public hours in the local ice hockey hall). Some girls noticed me and asked if I would like to come to follow their skating (synchronized skating team girls). I'm still on that road now couple of years later.

Synchronized skating .... normal full team will be 18 skaters. We just have 8. But there is half-serious competitions to smaller teams as well. The skates will remind those which are used in ice dancing (the blades will differ a bit from those which are used in figure skating). Took short time for me to get familiar with those.You like ice hockey? I like to watch it.

Finally a few days without rain! High today was 31C.
That's about the same temps I'm experiencing except our humidity is about 70%.

and very few bugs
The bugs don't bother me. Cold bothers me.
I think it got to 22C today , yesterday the bike said 20C late afternoon. A few bugs yesterday before that very few . Bugs get fewer every year as agriculture continues its March .

Was 24 C here today. Nice ride from Halifax to home after getting my 32K service done.
Having a severe thunderstorm passing through. About 800k without power, 80 mile per hour winds. Weather report said it looked the same as a category one hurricane passing through.
I saw your radar when I was checking the Arkansas weather. Looked like some rough weather. Did you get any damage?
Some water through a few windows. I really need to replace them. 850k now without power. Ours flickered out for a minute, but came back. I’ll see tomorrow if there’s anything significant, but…..now the power went out….came back…and went out….back again. It’s going to be interesting. The grid seems to be overloaded and damaged.
Lots of damage in areas around us. We’re lucky so far.

Thank you. We’ll be fine. The heaviest winds have passed. Lots of damage all around Houston. Really significant damage in some locations. The news looks bad. Downtown some buildings had some brick wall failures. My thoughts are with other people out there dealing with what this storm brought.
