I went to college with a Steve Weiss from Rochester, New York who's family still owns and operates Weiss Scientific Instrument Company. They still make precision gauges for all sorts of applications including NASA space vehicles.

Just saw one of these in Summerdale Al. on my way home.....well possibly not a 1913, but certainly a teens to 20's model. Side of the road broke down!!!!! 1 fella was just getting off it and a second was pulling a truck up to load it on. But it had obviously been running. Stunning bike to see for sure.
