and saw horror pictures of the top motor mounts trashed out by crashing.... Poking holes in motors.... Also I found this Warn Industries - Motorcycle Winches: XT17 Portable Winch

It was due to those horror stories that I went with Givi when I bought my bars. If you look around you will find others that use the motor mounts instead of the engine case for mounting of crash bars.

Looking at GIVI also. I like them! .... HA i found a LIFT... Snort. for the adventure biker that weighs in at 130 and 5'6"... Dustriders Motorcycle Hoist
Dang, they are proud of that lift.
I am well satisfied with the Triumph engine guards. I have tested them and they work well. 
Don't forget CHOCOLATE, That always helps the situation too.As for the misses, well your on your own there.....I hear jewelry is a good leverage tool
Welcome to the club! I am glad you had no serious damage and that you were not hurt. My Tiger took a catnap the day before yesterday in wet grass. No damage. My worn tires may have contributed; but wet grass is always treacherous.
And that "wet" grass can be even more treacherous depending on "what" made it wet. 
I went to Colorado ... In June. We rode some trails. I crashed in the sand. No harm done. Cat nap 2. I went to Colorado in July. Left bike running on side stand. It fell off. Broke turn signal and clutch lever. Catnap 3. Ordered new signal and clutch lever. Ready for catnap4
That's the spirit, always look forward and never back.

Dang Keys, you sure got a big enough truck for GG. Are you putting all the household items in a trailer? 
Loaded GiGi....put my guitars in the cab and guns in the Kia (towing behind the big truck) and I was DONE....the rest is all HER crap lol...that has taken 3 days to load..........see if you can find the Goddess now!?!?!?
Well if someone breaks in, they won't have time to find GG. Now that was some good safety/security thinking on your part.
