New to the site, but not new to Triumph's. Had a 1974 Trophy Trail that I bought brand new, traded it for a basket case Bonnie that I ended up trading for another bike before completing. Always wanting to build one I finally got another one, 79 basket case. Built it up the way I wanted to, so it's not stock. Used a 78 splayed port head, added dual disk brakes, tanks badges from a 1966 and a paint scheme paying homage to the 66 TT's. Just bought a 1970 T120R that is a partial basket case. will need to be completely stripped down and will be built as from the factory. Project to work on with my son.

The Project Bike - 1970 T120R - The original owner decided to chrome i up and had the Oil Tank, Tool Box cover, Headlight braces and lower fork legs all done.
First of many questions for you all - Were the Twin Leading Shoe brake hubs chromed or painted?
