Hi there, been riding old iron for years and upgraded to Hinkley products 6 years ago. Have a tatty '96 french thunderbird with sport engine and a 2005 T100 which is slightly modified! Looking to keep the bonnie for many years and lust after a Hyde upgrade, currently struggling to upgrade front brake after suspension upgrade last year (KYB shocks and fork brace/damper, front forks upgrade when oil seals are due!). Oh, and I'm restoring a 1946 Excelsior universal

That'll be me then......

Hello and welcome to TT from eastern Canada BBEER
I fitted an EBC front brake kit (disc and pads) to my T100 and it improved the braking quite a bit.
I also fitted progressive for springs and Ikon rear shocks which improved the ride and handling a lot.
I left the exhaust system as is.

Thanks for the welcome. Not so sure I have enough knowledge to be a go to guy! The exhaust isn't an upgrade, the triumph loud ones rotted out and the 2 into 1 was the best (cheapest) stainless option over here! It's ruined the pannier fitting and I recently tried fitting my lenghtened centre stand only to find lack of silencer won't allow it to be used. Ah well, too busy with other stuff to care! Maybe next year....
