Yes, and no. Seems that it's a Metisse of pieces. Fins on barrel look D1, but head (with new plug going nowhere) looks off 125cc. Front wheel, rear mudguard look wrong too. Well, a challenge

I would say your right it's all D1 apart from the head which I think is of a much later model , the front wheel does look to small .

Have access to 2 D1's in worse state (believe or not). Like I said, a challenge. PS, will be For Sale after restore, lol

Yep, I spotted it as a Bantam right off; straight away as the Brits say
That will be an interesting project.

I think that's earlier than a D1 the D1 had jam pot shocks on the rear !
