Hi I am planning to get a tiger 800xc second hand. When I went to view a second hand tiger I notice that the bike engine block coating has many tiny little bubbles on it. So I am here to understand more about this problem. What are the ways to fix this problem if the dealer don't entertain this type of issue because it no longer under warranty. This second hand tiger xc is less that 2 years old.

Scramm, welcome to the forum form Florida USA. I have read reports of this from others. The problem does not seem to be widespread at all; but some have encountered it. Apparently it is a problem with the prep for painting. I have a '12 800XC and I have not had this problem. If Triumph will not fix the problem with this bike, perhaps you can get a deep discount .
