Not an expert on old Nortons, but having googled various things my guess would be that the cylinders are from an old ES3 or similar....??

Norton Rotary.

"Norton’s last production run of motorcycles was to make 100 rotary engined "classics" in 1988. They had previously made them for police work in Great Britain. This is serial number 100 – the "last" Norton. It has a very inefficient two-rotor engine, hence all the cooling fins".


The classic Norton silver with black and red stripes then the square lines sealed it.
