While they are afraid to label this as a terrorist attack, most indications are that it was exactly that.

There was a surveillance video which captured Hasan visiting a local convenience shop just a few hours before he committed the shootings. Not much was made of that video and it seems like it wasn't important at all.

However, overlooked about the video was the fact that he was wearing certain traditional Islamic clothing and a certain type of hat. As it turns out, the hat and clothing is significant......it is the clothing worn specifically by suicide bombers when they carry out their terror missions. Not only did he wear that clothing that morning, but he obviously premeditated the shootings by just buying and owning such clothing.
 
There is no doubt in anyone's mind that it was terrorist attach just a Timothy McVeigh's attack was. The government had no trouble labeling that as a terrorist attack.
 
Now we find out that Hasan carried business cards. No big deal....EXCEPT that the cards mention nothing of his being in the US Military while they DO say he is a "Soldier of Allah".

Underneath his name he listed himself as SoA (SWT). SoA is commonly used on jihadist Web sites as the acronym for Soldier of Allah, according to investigators and experts who have studied such sites. SWT is commonly used by Muslims as an acronym for Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala, Glory to God.

When I heard that Napolitano was being appointed to the head of Homeland Security, the first thing that popped into my mind was "that's like the fox guarding the chickens". Remember that Napolitano was the sigle most person responsible for what happened on 9-11. She was instrumental in creating the "wall" between our intelligence gathering agencies so that the FBI and CIA couldn't communicate and share information.

I don't think it is any surprise now that we find the CIA, FBI, and Pentagon not being in the same loop. It's a familiar story about not connecting the dots and the tragic outcome of not doing so. And the same name surfaces as a central figure in the failure.

This woman is just plain DANGEROUS to our health!

Also remember that after leaving government the first time and causing all the damage that lead to 9-11, then then proceeded to Fanny Mae where she helped bring down our economy. She's a wrecking-ball and destruction always follows.
 
Officials: Major Hasan Sought 'War Crimes' Prosecution of U.S. Soldiers

Major Nidal Malik Hasan's military superiors repeatedly ignored or rebuffed his efforts to open criminal prosecutions of soldiers he claimed had confessed to "war crimes" during psychiatric counseling, according to investigative reports circulated among federal law enforcement officials.

On Nov. 4, the day after his last attempt to raise the issue, he took extra target practice at Stan's shooting range in nearby Florence, Texas and then closed a safe deposit box he had at a Bank of America branch in Killeen, according to the reports. A bank employee told investigators Hasan appeared nervous and said, "You'll never see me again."

Diane Wagner, Bank of America's senior vice president of media relations, said that her company does not "comment or discuss customer relationships" but is "cooperating fully with law enforcement officials."

Investigators believe Hasan's frustration over the failure of the Army to pursue what he regarded as criminal acts by U.S. soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan may have helped to trigger the shootings.
 
Down in Dothan, AL a man had a TV on in his office when the news of the military base shootings came on. The husband of one of his employees was stationed there.

He called her into his office and the minute he told her what was going on, she got a text message from her husband saying, "I am okay." The cell phone started ringing right after that. It was an ER nurse. She said, "I'm the one who just sent you a text, not your husband." She thought the message would be comforting, but she immediately knew she had to let the wife know what was going on. She said, "I am sorry but your husband has been shot 4 times and he is in surgery."

The wife left Southern Clinic in Dothan and drove all night.

Miraculously, here is the photo I just received from my brother that was taken today in the hospital room. He is awake and will recover. His wife, who lives in Dothan, made it to Ft. Hood about the time he was waking up. Thought I'd share this great outcome.

Some people have NO IDEA about the Bushes and who they REALLY are.

There was supposed to be NO MENTION of the fact that they made that visit.

Sometimes I HATE the media. The rest of the time, I just LOATHE them.

He'd be headless if tried in a Sharia court, for his civilian lifestyle.

Too bad it didn't go that way about 6 weeks ago...

Darn right GP. The reason it did not make the press was GW and Mrs. arrived under the order to not advise the press. He was not looking for a photo-op like BO.
