Hello from the proud owner of a beautiful Thruxton R

Hey guys, joined up to get and share info regarding my new matte black ‘18 Thruxton-R.

I don’t plan on doing a bunch to it but think the forum should be a good starting point.

I picked the Thruxton because it reminded me of my cafe style ‘77 Yamaha RD400, which I recently sold to a younger and more wrench handy fella.

The rest of my stable is filled with good examples of various cycle styles. I’ve got a KTM sport RC8R, an adventure style BMW GSA, and also the new Harley Heritage.

I love them all, but none get enough miles. I will hopefully work on that issue this summer!!!

How do you manage to ride all those bikes in Saskatchewan. I have just two here on PEI and find it hard to do 20 k Km’s even with a Georgia trip . I suppose you have a place in Kelowna too . Any way I have an R model too with a few mods so will be glad to help out with with any SMALL issues and of course welcome to TT. Brooke
