He certainly can. I respect his skill and ability if not his attitude. Seriously, I do not dislike him; he is just not one of my favorites.

Yep he can ride, and at this time is untouchable because he's on the best bike.
Come on Ducati, you have the best rider (ever) and have him on a real ordinary bike.






I guess the 15,000,000 euros they reportedly paid Val is easing the pain a little.

Well Ducati withdrew their world super bike support. Basically it's the Althea team running on sponsership money and they're kicking butt.

The current GP11.1 motogp Ducati team is sorta bending the rules too. 'Testing' the new GP12, which is the 1000cc for next year, then adapting that frame for the current 800cc. lol
Dorna prohibits testing 800cc's on anything but a test weekend. So now Ducati are being a bit naughty using the 1000cc testing time and taking that knowledge to the 800cc.

Oh well, I think they need the help anyway - they are making progress though, Nicky and Val are more consistent this year at least.

Stoner can be such a sulky little boy but wow - he CAN RIDE! Best contest I saw on the track was Stoner & Rossi at Laguna Seca. Classic Rossi but that was laaaast season.

That was when I changed camps, actually 2008.
Rossi showed the racing spirit and that other person (some say is from Australia, but I'm not so sure) sobbed like a child.
