FYI going on day 6.....no urge at all for the real cigars. And only had a couple drags off the e-cigar all day today. I would certainly recommend these to help stop for anyone who wishes to do so. Certainly seems to be working for me.:y2:

True, the first time I quit years ago I had made my mind up I was NOT in anyway paying more than 1 dollar for a pack of smokes.....that was my mental "bar" and sure enough they added some taxes in 1991 that jumped a pack from like $.89 to $1.28 and I put 'em down and walked away. It was a totally mental thing for sure.:y2:
 
I first tried an e-cigarette a few years ago and, as Gromit says, they tasted awful.

I recently bought a new kit and they've made big improvements to the e-cigs. I'm not totally sold on the idea yet, but I do intend to switch to the electronic smokes. I believe it's all about deciding on the right moment to make the switch.
