'83 Triumph T140ES Refurb project

It didn't leak previously, so I've missed something very simple, I'm sure.

I'm going to try different bottom rings this time, as I'm POSITIVE the top ones are good now.

Chasing those leaks is so frustrating. My first TR6, a 1966, never leaked in two years. I can't say that for the Bonnie I had prior to that. But my 68 TR6 doesn't leak a drop!

Got it fixed. Installed some slightly thicker bottom o-rings and now it's nice and dry.

I can't seem to catch a break.

PRT leak fixed, now the ignition seal may have popped out...

It it is not one thing, it is two or three...

Talk about "under the gun", the client is headed down to Texas to pick up the bike.

It'll be an "all-nighter" if I don't get it done by this afternoon. Oh well...

It's finally down to a damaged transmission cover gasket and a bit of rear brake pedal adjustment. I hope that's it...

There's nothing like those last minute surprises, hope it gets taken care of without too much effort.

Looks like the oil dribbles are cured, and rear brake pedal/actuator is adjusted. Now just letting it cool all the way back down so I can do a final re-torquing and valve adjustment before loading it up to meet the client in Austin this evening.
