After my 500 mi service, how do I reset service wrench.

Hey, Turk,

I know your post is quite old, and I didn't see any responses to it. But I just got a new Street Twin myself, and was interested in your Service Wrench question. I Googled it and found a lot of comments on TriumphRat about using the DealerTool Diagnostic from the UK to clear the icon.

Guys seem to be happy with it, and you can reset the service wrench idiot light using it (plus do a lot of other ECU functions).

So did you blow off the 500-mile $300 oil change at the dealer? Do you know if that voids the warranty?

Thanks, good luck, and let us know how you fare.

Buy Dealer Tool for about 100 bucks, and you will have the ability to not only turn off and reset the wrench, but run diagnostic tests , monitor check and turn off fault codes, Adjust injectors, and Bleed ABS brakes (if your qualified or confident). It is well worth the price especially if you are not near a dealer or are a do it yourself guy, won't trip any codes or void warrantee because you can't re map or change the ECU's settings.
DealerTool diagnostic access to your ECU, for Triumph, Keihin and Sagem ECUs. Dealer Tool OBD and diagnostic interface for Daytona, 675, sprint, speed triple, bonneville, tiger, Rocket3, Rocket
