I have a 2018 Tiger XCA and was wondering if anyone has converted to tubeless wheels and how you did it? I asked the Triumph dealer if the wheels off the 900 Rally/Pro would be a direct swap but it seems that might not work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The alloy wheels from a 2018 or older 800 Tiger should work for your Tiger but may require different spacers between the forks as yours is a 21 and the front wheel from an XR or XRT are 19 inchers, as well as the swap from spoked to alloy. Would require lowering the front fender or swapping for the XR front fender as well, unless you prefer the 1" gap between fender and tire that the swap will create.
The 900 Tigers were a whole redesign with different brakes, so a swap is highly unlikely.

theres always the spendy option of beautiful tubless forged Alpina wheels built to order among others + on the cheap theres DIY sealing + similar aftermarket shops that do similar, as usual depends on your $$$ to spend

I'll check into sealing and see what that entails. Also heard about Woody's wheel works in Denver,CO, who makes custom spoke wheels.

lots of vids about DIY sealing + kits are available, + unless yuur close to Woodys shipping can be $$$$$. showing your location sometimes gets you help from other members!
