I know there are quite a few people that have.
The T'birds are big, heavy bikes with a lot of spokes so more points to seal and more chances of a leak.
Here's a vid of a guy doing his own conversion;

I did consider it for my T100....spoke wheels.....but the conversion to me is a bit to dodgy to me.

Soi I carry a bottle of inner tube sealant.....the green slime stuff.....I bet its just the same product as the sell for tubeless tyres.

I also carry a small neat 12v air compressor.

As well as that stuff I bought the tyre pressure monitor kit....to give me advanced warning of air loss in a wheel.....gives an audio and visual warning....very accurate and fast acting.....

Very reassuring to keep an eye on tyre pressure on the road.

£20gbp in the UK.

Whats the make of monitor kit

The time to do it is when new tyres are to be fitted. If it’s done with care it removes the hassle that inner tubes present.
