I find that hard to believe.
My best suggestion is that you take it to Full Throttle and compare it side-by-side with a new one.

It's less than a year old. There is a slight dent on the outside too. You can feel it if you run a finger just above where the visor sits.
Anyways insurance paid out so I'm off to get a new one this weekend.
it actually burst the protective layer a little if you look closely on the right hand side of the pic.
Went to casualty last night as the nausea and headaches were back with a vengeance.
After two hours of waiting and still nobody in the queue had gone through I went home and self medicated again.

A HUGE + 3 I have had concussions before, if its been this long and your still having nausea you need to see a doctor.

After carefully studying the facts as they were presented, I have determined the cause of the incident involving the alleged assault with bodily harm and property damage of > $200 USD to have occurred due to mistaken identity.
