I'm with you Carl. I actually put one in my house in the Keys. We didn't live "on the water" (just surrounded by it lol) so we had to launch and pull our boat every time we used it (that gets OLD fast) so we decided to sell the boat and install a pool. It was used way more than the boat, especially by my son and his friends. But it was a constant up keep. I have been "downsizing" these past few years. I looked around one Sunday after cleaning the pool (and hot tub) washing 4 cars and 4 bikes trimming palm fronds and mowing the little yard I had and realized I was spending all my spare time (& money) just "taking care" of all the crap I had gathered over the years.......no pool, 1 bike, 2 cars and a house is almost more than I can keep up with now........but I really do miss that jaccuzzi 
That was the sh&$ after a long days work......might have to get one of those again, someday.
