Has anyone had success in removing the Beak on a 2024 Tiger Rally Pro? I have the OEM Upper Crash Bars and an instruction sheet that says "Remove the Beak as per Service Manual. I see two Allen head bolts and removed those but it seems there is some other fasteners or something that prevents the Beak from being removed. I saw a video online where the poster said remove the 4 Allen Head bolts but I can only find two. I'm stumped.

You can buy an online shop manual that will provide the guidance. A free copy might be available on another forum, but you'll need to look around. I found fasteners hidden under small panels on my Trophy 1200 that held the fairing on, likely it's the same kinda deal with your Tiger.

Taking the tank off my Tiger was no small task, with many 5mm(or was it 6mm, hmmmmm) allen head screws in many places holding panels and pieces together. I imagine the front beak/body panels on your bike will be the same. GL and take pics BEFORE disassembly. ;)

Well got the Beak off two visible Allen head bolts in the front. The back portion is captured by a plastic clip on each side of the Beak.
The clips are not visible and are hidden under some plastic covers. It took a SCARY amount of pulling to get the clips to release. The only reason I tried it that way was I read in another post that was the set up. Whew!!
Some where along the production of the Tiger Triumph made a design change from 4 bolts holding the Beak in place to two bolts and some hidden clips.
Tomorrow the upper crash bar install.
