Ha. Merry Christmas to you as well BIRDMAN!!! Sorry I have been "smitten" with all things Seattle since I went there back in 2009. The Underground Tour, The Public Market the Aquarium the Rock & Roll Museum and the Needle...the park OOOOH I have a thing for the Emerald City for sure. If looks where money I would move there tomorrow and buy a big house and tons of bikes.......but alas us beautiful folks like you and I must work for a living.:) Enjoy the trophy I am certain it is enjoying being in your lovely state.;)

Not a gas station but a whole main street in Goodwater AL. Only building with any "life" was the Sheriffs office/Town Hall on the right with the cop car parked by it.

It was rather creepy driving through it, only about 2 blocks, but still weird, most the roofs had caved in, and the place I parked in front of must have burned as it was an empty husk between two other dilapidated buildings. :-(

I only know of one "ghost town"......Centralia, Pennsylvania which was abandoned after the coal mine fire underneath it that's been burning since 1962 (still is).

The video game and movie "Silent Hill" is based on Centralia.
