Just thinking about that patch and I know you guys have very strict rules regarding wearing back patches, so how does something like this fit in.

It is not a three piece patch and it has a manufacturer name as a rocker. It generally would be no problem. In some areas, the CoC might require that it be made into a one piece patch. They required this of the CMA in order for the patch to be approved and recognized. However since it does not represent any group, it would likely cause no problem.
