Well, the grass really hasn't riz yet, but yesterday it was an amazing 16C (61F) and bikes were out all over the place. It's 12C (54F) today and even more bikes are out.
But I have been travelling the roads in my car and they are still loaded with dry salt and sand. I'm not about to expose my bikes to that for a couple of weeks until we have a couple of good rain storms to wash the roads. A rain storm is coming tonight.
We have a spring bike show coming up on 19 April and I plan to ride my 1970 Triumph to that, but I might ride sooner of the conditions improve.

It's been pretty warm here too of late and I've seen plenty of bikes out as well.

I too was waiting until the road salt and general junk got washed away before riding. It rained through the night and into this morning...I just hope it was hard enough.

You'll probably get that same rain tomorrow.

PS: I did cut some of my grass a few days ago.

Yes, I've been cooling my jets for nine months now and have accepted my fate, but now that I feel so fit and the sun is warm on the face the itch to ride is starting to happen.
I have new boots, jacket and pants with just a helmet to replace as a result of my crash. I expect to do that this week.

Good weather in North of England too... didn't take any bikes out, though just had them all fired-up and running (Separate post in "Classics"). Lowered the hood on the MGF and took a drive in that instead. Feel good about the weather this year, though not based on anything factual... just a feeling. Ride safe and happy (and pretty fast too).
