It's fun carry on the "tradition" but truth to tell I have a 1971 Triumph Bonneville that has never had an electrical problem, and doesn't leak oil so my comment was a bit of jest, mostly for old time sake. :) But....my 2024 Triumph Tiger does have an electrical problem. :)

Little late to the party but I had the same issue and it seemed to be caused by having my phone plugged into usb plug near dash. It was drawing enough power to prevent bike from powering fuel pump. I now have my quad lock routed to plug under seat since it is only powered when bike is running. The dash usb is always hot which is ridiculous in my opinion. I hope you truly have the issue resolved. I had other issues once this happened and ended up getting dash replaced under warranty. My bike spent 6 months in dealership through the first 10 months of ownership. It is all good now and still love the bike.

Hi All,

Soooo I just picked up a 2024 Tiger 900 Rally Pro, brand new from the dealer, salesman rode the bike out to my parked trailer loaded it up secured the bike on the trailer and we drove home (about 100 miles), a light drizzle when we arrived at home so I unloaded the bike put it in the garage.
Later when the weather cleared I went out to take a short ride and kick stand up, in neutral, clutch in, hit the starter button and nothing!
The display lights up all looks normal to me (but this bike is brand new to me as well so I'm not familiar with the display) I don't see any flashing lights or symbols that might alert to a problem other than there is a red triangle with an exclamation point inside it that stays on, not sure if that is normal until the engine starts or not. Any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong? The dealer is making arraignments to come pick up the bike after the new year holiday but thought I'd check here to see if there is something I can do in the mean time to resolve the problem.
Very strange but my newest bike is a 1999 Triumph Tiger so.....they've changed a lot in the last 25 years or so. :)
A follow up to my new Triumph 900 Rally Pro intermittently not starting.
Took the bike in for its 600 mile first service, and went over the problem with the service department, the service manager and I have been communicating the problem. While they had the bike they disassembled the right side switch housing and found that the wiring connector for the ignition system was not fully seated in its mating connector, allowing the wire connector to move slightly. When it did the bike would not start, if the wire harness was moved just enough to once again make the connection the bike would start. The service tech properly seated the connector and all is good. Happy that it was a simple fix, no idea how it came about though.
Thanks to everyone that suggested potential fixes all good advice.

Cheers
