It can’t be any farther than the reach of that loop end.
Yeah…. The negative and small and large connectors. I read on another forum bonneville grounds are below air box by the swing arm. I’m still searching. The manual doesn’t say anything about it which I find odd.

It goes the alternator. It’s called an earth strap.

This is the hidden fuse.

And this is the fuse. It feeds the kill switch and the starter switch. From there the starter relay and the ignition system.

Fuse 5 is the alarm connector. Do you have the alarm module installed? If it's blowing fuses then the bike won't start.

Fuse 1 is the headlight.
I don’t think it has an alarm setup. That’s funny cuz the head light was on even w the fuse blown so it must be alarm.

Test it with an ohm meter. You wouldn't be the first to find one that looked good but didn't conduct electricity.
Checked everything w the ohm meter. Fuses and ignition coils and everything zero’d out. NO problems.
Now I’ve gotta figure out if any other electrical components are not working? Idk how to do that so more research. I’ve got more than half a mind just to order new coils since they’re often faulty but also maybe a new throttle assembly. Any suggestions for an after market throttle assembly/ starter ignition button is greatly appreciated!
