Just read a news article that Johnny Cash's son is releasing an album of songs that Johnny recorded more than 20 years ago, when he was between recording contracts. Here is the teaser just released on Youtube:

It was the first song Ian Tyson wrote after meeting Dylan and being inspired by Blowin in the Wind . It’s been covered by everyone and it’s one of Neil Young’s regulars. They were both Canadian Prairie boys , Tyson stayed in Alberta at his ranch though and passed a couple of years ago .
Four Strong Winds is one of my all-time favorites. I play the Neil Young version quite often from his Comes a Time album.

I don't recall if you said you are of Laplander heritage, or just live in an area with many Laplanders. Might you be familiar with this radio station from Norway: NRK Sápmi - NRK Radio. It is one of many from Norway Public Radio, but it focused on the music of the Saami (Sapmi).
