Tom Cochrane and Red Rider are one of my favs. Lots of great songs from him like Ocean Blues, Citizen Cane, Victory Day, The Untouchable One, Calling America. Not as well known South of the 49th, But he was and still is a great Rock artist. Check him out if you're not familiar with him and Red Rider(his band in the earlier days).

Saw those cats open up for U2 back in high school.

I heard Jackson Browne's "Load Out", and "Stay" a couple of days ago, and I wanted to find out who the girl singer and the falsetto singer were. SO, I went to Youtube and found this video. I am sure there are many bands and artists that appreciate their crew, "roadies" and audience, but Jackson Browne put it to words and music and got a big hit out of it.I now know who the pretty girl singer is (Rosemary Butler, and the falsetto singer is Jackson's slide guitar player. Still sounds good after 45 years.

Forgot to mention that as Jackson Browne sings about the different music styles they listened to on their bus, the drummer changes his drumming style to match each reference. Creatively cool!

I really enjoy hearing alternative versions of popular songs. At time the cover version can be even better than the original.

So I was on YouTube just browsing and found this number. The emotions expressed in this version really tugged at my heartstrings.

The lady has a great voice, for 93 years old, a voice a 53 year old would love to have.
