Hello all,
Haven't posted here in a while, but I've still been busy with my bikes.
The T100 has seen a few adjustments since buying it late last year, first thing I added was a TEC centerstand followed by Norman Hyde M bars, rearsets, Motone saddle, new brake pads and fluid. Napoleon bar end mirrors, Motone rear brake relocation, new tires, progressive fork springs, valve adjustment and air injection removal. Clutch lifter arm cover and cable boot dress up kit, chromestrip on the tank and oil filler cap.
Not too thrilled with the Motone saddle so far, I like a firm saddle, but the diamond pattern feels lumpy. The rear shocks are likely the culprit of the bumpy ride still, so I'll be looking to replace those eventually and of course the o2 sensors have failed after removing the air injection so I'll be deleting those when I get the software and cable.

Lots of people have changed the not so good stock suspension that I have seen on various sites. @Rocky did his Bonneville front and back and said it made a great difference. Try to talk to the spring/shock makers and calibrate it according to your weight as well.

I did install progressive springs up front and it made a big difference, thinking about a cartridge fork emulator and new new rear shocks.

Thought you did the rears as well. If not, my bad memory

Clutch lifter arm cover looks nice, where did you get that from?
