This is a new 2020 Thruxton RS (pics below). The Matte silver gray models are selling cheap even now in dec 2021. I prefer the diablo red from the 2017 R so I put the red fairing, tank and tail on it. In the picture I also have the rear master cylinder engine cover switched out to brushed aluminum from matte black. I'm considering changing out the alternator and clutch covers to brushed aluminum also and already found some used. Turns out the RS alt cover is not interchangeable with the R due to the alt mount. I found a used black RS alt cover that I will strip or blast and then brush. I really like the combo of the red paint and matte black cases though and am tempted to leave them black. Also has the rear fender eliminator with stainless signals front and back. The other bike is a 2015 Norton Commando sport. I have a black Thruxton fairing that I am going to fit to the Norton with some mods. The picture is just a mockup with no mods to the Norton. It will have low bars and end mirrors and whatever else is required to fit the fairing properly. That's my next project. I'd like to hear your opinions and any similar experiences you've had. Happy Holidays all. John (Luvolbikes)
