Hi
I have just bought these foot pegs from Tec parts, they are for my 2019 Street twin, I am trying to take the strain off my hips (arthritis sufferer) I have not yet fitted them, I was hoping to position them so as my leg is less bent, I'm wondering if anyone else has experience of these pegs or others like them, other possible solutions for the same problem ?
I cannot raise the seat much as I'm short in the leg !

Here is a photo of one foot peg, I also bought the extra extension leg at the same time, this Tec says will provide up to 40mm of adjustment.
the pegs come supplied with a height raising/lowering bracket which is able to be tweaked for forward and rear distance to the gear lever and brake lever also from what I read. I hope to fit these time allowing over the weekend, I will post a review when I've had a chance to try them out.

The Tec lowering foot pegs are now fitted, I put them in their lowest possible position which is I think 40mm lower than stock.
The new position has been a game changer for me and has taken quite a bit of pressure off my hips, my knees benefit from this position also, I am already sure that I couldn't go back to stock pegs position. The new foot position meant having to lower the gear change lever by one spline, a simple job. The brake pedal also needed lowering, this is not so simple as Triumph provide almost no adjustment on it. The solution was to take the mechanism apart, remove the locknut from the adjustment rod, cut the locknut in half, then remove 7mm from the end of the adjustment screw, I did this with a angle grinder and dressed with a small smooth file. I dressed the nut the same way and then reassembled the mechanism, now adjusted fully it moves the brake pedal approximately 12mm lower, this has been sufficient for me and I've now had a 200ml ride with this arrangement. I now intend to buy the montone risers for the handle bars, this I'm hoping will allow me to sit in a more upright position which will change the angle favourably for my hips again. I am hopefully getting them this weekend and will post about the job once I've got them fitted and tried.
Posting photos of the new pegs with 40mm lowering link and photos of the mod with the adjuster screw cut and half nut fitted.
