Looking for something like above.

Must be steel, not cast aluminium due to vibration and heavy exhaust.

Anyone have any leads?

It's on a bike for sale on eBay. I contacted seller. He made it himself. Sob. Unfortunately, only has exhaust one side, not worth buying the bike then.

Think I could buy those clamps. Can't find an triangular bracket like that though....

With some steel stock you could likely fabricate it. Or adapt something like this…
