If I could I'd send you some of the 107 degree blistering sunshine here today to get some riding temps.
Here's my T-120: Upgraded the suspension and it's a very fun scoot

Took this photo right after I bought it, and before I cleaned and polished it. Engine covers are still corroded and need some TLC, but that might be my winter project while it's hibernating in my garage.

Nice bike. If you want to improve your ride comfort, consider this winter changing your fork springs to progressives and add adjustable preload caps. I did that about a week after getting my T-120 and it made a huge improvement. I also swapped out the OEM rear shocks for fully adjustable units (but then I'm a lard butt so stock suspensions are usually too limp, exception would be my Thruxton R). Also would recommend you try Nevr Dull wadding polish on your cases, usually works a treat on alloy.

Thanks for the tip! Any particular recommendation on the progressives or rears? (brand, etc.)

You can look around for rear shocks, the only limit is your budget. I included the low end price units with links to start your journey, be aware you can spend into the $1K+ territory for premium rear shocks.
