Hi all, a bike enthusiast since 1977 I started out on a Raleigh Runabout! Soon changed for a Kreidler 50...great, well made mini motorcycle that got me about and had so much fun on until I was 17 when a CB175 Honda gave me even more freedom. Since then I've owned many bikes, often changing them for something better in my teen years. If only I still had them...RD Yams, Kawa triples, Honda fours, and others.
In later years I moved to Italian stuff, mostly Guzzis, but also Aprillias, Laverda, Benelli and Ducati. Have several bikes in the shed...
Always liked the look of the T160 and the Bonneville but never brave enough or rich enough to own one. Then this Bonneville |silver Jubillee fell into my lap..one owner, under 3000miles and laid up for over 40yrs under a blanket in a shed...forgotten.
Its in lovely condition too. So now to sort the brakes, new tyres (originals still on it) and get it running and on the road....

Welcome, from Northern California. I'm pretty sure that Silver Jubilee will become your favorite, after you get it road-worthy. I'd like to see it become show-worthy, if that's your ambition.
