Not sure but I agree the lounge is the "lounge" and free flowing thought makes it...well FUNNY. I have never posted and been offended by the High jack....actually as I am sitting around the lounge in my smoking robe and pipe.....slippers and a fire going.....the high jacks make me laugh, almost shot brandy out of my nostril I laughed so hard at Otherwise "jack" one day.....

I think we all do a bit of meandering in the threads. If it is a serious conversation or a problem a fellow member is having, I do TRY to stay on task and converse in a manner fitting with the topic, in respect of the thread starter.
I don't see a need to "nuke" posts unless it is very off color or out of place. And we always seem to wrangle the thing back around to the original topic at some point. If It ain't broke don't fix it.

Ok time to get serious on this subject once again. I started this thread because we had a complaint about threads going South. As previously said we do not want to delete post so I have been thinking on this now for a few days and I hope this will be the solution to this issue.
