put up more pitchers. all the parts. dunno whether you want to approach it as a rivet counter or not? if you do, folks here need to see everything you came away with so they can make suggestions.

it really does look like you made out like a bandit. just having the complete headlamp nacelle is a great advantage. those were made of impossibilium, and are very hard to source. you have the tin ware for the left side?

the motor will be easy, as you can buy anything you need. its the lights, fenders, trim, sidecovers and so on that make you say bad words.

Thanks for the feedback Speedrattle... I currently have a garage full of parts for the Tiger, although I had not even considered taking pics of all the parts and posting them. At this point, all of my parts acquisitions have been "cosmetic". I have obtained all new tires and tubes, a new front fender, Lucas taillight, mufflers, headlight trim pieces, new seat, all new tank hardware (emblem badges, rubber kneepads, package rack, and both petcocks). I have also procured all new rubber for the machine.

The interesting thing about cosmetic repair is that I can't start that work until I have the powerplant working, and that is going to take a lot of time and effort - so my "treasures" are going to stay on the sideline for a while until I get the engine and transmission working again (and they are locked up tighter than a drum!).

That's the funny thing about restoration - I could feasibly assemble a beautiful 1960 Tiger 110 right now, but it would not be functional... I've got my work cut out for me...
